No distributor takes a film without a chain of title, and AI-generated material makes it harder to prove. Exported video carries a visible AI label by default, with machine-readable metadata, and every generation is logged: the model, the provider, the date and the person.
A rights dossier lists the models used on a project and the commercial-use terms declared for each, and a character based on a real person cannot receive reference images until a consent is on record. draft2cut records and documents; it does not replace a lawyer.
