Can AI leak your script?

The same language model can be reached through two doors with two different contracts. API and enterprise access generally assigns the output to you and does not train on your data by default; consumer plans may train on your inputs unless you opt out, and some are limited to non-commercial use.

For an unreleased script or client work, the plan you use is a contractual decision, not a technical detail. Provider terms change: check the current ones before you rely on them.
