Every character is declared fictional or based on a real person; for a real person, a consent must be recorded before images can be uploaded. Exported video carries a small visible AI label by default, and switching it off needs an explicit waiver that goes in the audit log.

On plans that include it, a rights dossier records the commercial terms on file on the day it is generated. draft2cut records and documents; it does not give legal advice and does not take the liability off the producer.
