Give a painter a very detailed brief and the painting is still the painter's. With AI it works the same way: a prompt is an idea, and copyright protects the expression of an idea, not the idea itself.

However many parameters you write, the model decides the shading, the line and the placement of every pixel. Without a human executing the expression, the image is generally left without copyright protection.
